Connect purchases and consumption
Purchases, sources, returns and disposal form part of the inventory history. When an application is linked to recorded stock, its consumption is accounted for. Without that link, no fictitious stock transaction is created.
Keep discrepancies visible
Insufficient calculated stock does not prevent recording a treatment. A warning highlights the discrepancy. A missing purchase or a reasoned correction can resolve it. Calculated inventory does not replace checking the physical stock.
