From a record to a clear overview
Put movements and winter counts in context
Transfers, arrivals, departures and counts before and after winter explain changes. Between your own apiaries, departure and arrival belong together. With another operation, only your side is recorded; the other party needs no ProApis account.
Correct without losing history
A discrepancy is resolved with a traceable correction. The original entry and correction remain distinguishable. A negative calculated balance triggers a warning but does not prevent recording a movement that actually occurred.
Sending a notification does not constitute approval. Replies are recorded separately; accepted notification channels must be clarified with the responsible cantonal authorities.

Colony numbers rather than individual records
A simple stock-record example
On the reference date, apiary A has eight colonies. Two move to your apiary B. The departure from A and arrival at B explain the new totals: six at A and two at B. No individual colony record is required. Other arrivals and departures are documented with their respective reasons.
