Website and application
This marketing website is separate from the ProApis application. Newsletter signup does not create an app account. Fonts are hosted locally. Optional analytics are enabled only with consent.
Controller and scope
Keller Bees is responsible for this marketing website and can be contacted at the postal address below or at [email protected]. This information concerns the website; data processing within the ProApis application must be described separately. We take account of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) insofar as they apply to the processing concerned.
Contact and legal bases
When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the information you provide and, where applicable, your name. We use these details to handle your request. Where the GDPR applies, contract-related requests are processed under Article 6(1)(b); other requests are based on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f). Please provide only information necessary for your request.
Google Analytics, Tag Manager and consent
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to improve the website. These services are not loaded before consent. They measure page views, interactions, cookie identifiers, technical device information and approximate location; Google also receives the IP address when connecting. We do not send newsletter email addresses or form contents. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Where GDPR applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a). Your choice is stored locally for 180 days; Analytics cookies are set to 180 days without automatic renewal. GA4 retains event data for two months and user data for 14 months; new activity resets the latter period. Aggregated reports may be retained longer. Processing in the United States is possible; Google cites, among other safeguards, the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Frameworks. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn for future processing in the footer cookie settings. We then remove Analytics cookies from this browser. Data already transmitted are not automatically deleted at Google; contact [email protected] for related requests.
Your data protection rights
Under applicable law, you may request access to your personal data and its correction or deletion. Where the GDPR applies, rights to restrict processing, data portability and objection may also exist. You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect, without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. Send requests to [email protected]. An appropriate identity check may be necessary to protect your data.
Supervisory authorities
You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement.
Hosting
This website is operated by Keller ITC on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany managed with CloudPanel. When you visit, data including your IP address is sent to the web server to deliver the site. Where the GDPR applies, this technically necessary delivery is based on our legitimate interest in an accessible and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server logs and retention
The web server keeps access and error logs for technical operation and troubleshooting. They may include IP address, time, requested URL, HTTP status, transferred data volume and browser-supplied details such as referrer and browser identifier. Logs rotate daily. Seven daily archives are retained in addition to the current file; older archives are deleted during regular rotation. An entry therefore normally remains in active logs for about seven to eight days. Server backups are retained for seven days. Where they include logs, copies may remain in backups for up to seven additional days after deletion from active logs, approximately up to 15 days in total from collection. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Newsletter with Brevo
With your consent, we use your email address and selected language for ProApis news. Emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). You are added to the newsletter list only after confirming the link in the confirmation email. We also send the time, language, version and source of your consent to Brevo. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by contacting [email protected]. Signing up does not create an app account. To limit abuse, our server stores HMAC-derived identifiers of your email and IP address, plus the time, language and request outcome; these logs are purged after 90 days. The identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous. The server logs and backups described above also apply.
