In future, a dedicated management area is intended to enable central processing of incoming movement requests. Inspectorates could manage inspection districts, responsible inspectors and deputies, assign and process requests, and document responses.
We would like to develop the specific scope together with interested authorities. The management area is not yet available.
What the management area is intended to enable
Manage districts and inspectors
Organise inspection districts, responsibilities and deputies. Inspectors should only see cases assigned to them and documents they are authorised to access.
Keep existing channels
Email and PDF remain part of the concept, including collaboration with inspectorates without ProApis access. The accepted notification channels in each case remain authoritative.
Adaptable by country, canton and inspection district
The management area is intended to adapt to local requirements: workflows, responsibilities, required information and document templates should be configurable for each country, canton and inspection district. We will work out the details with the responsible authorities, based on the applicable requirements.
