ProApis Health and ProApis Move are free to use without a ProApis Manage subscription, with no quantity limit on apiaries or records. Both share a workspace. You explicitly grant access to other people; separate storage limits apply to attachments.
ProApis Health
Associate the treatment with its apiary and number of treated colonies. A free identifier can be enough for an individual colony. An existing ProApis Manage colony can optionally be linked; full individual management is not required.
Each application has its own date and amount. These determine the start, last application and total consumption. For several apiaries, shared details can be entered once, while amounts and treated counts remain separate per location.
Missing details can be added later. A treatment can be documented with product, amount and source without a previously recorded purchase. Incomplete exports mark missing fields, and corrections preserve the original entry.
ProApis Health documents observations and applications. Automated dosage or therapy recommendations are not part of the product.

For each, you record the date, product, quantity and affected colonies. This makes clear what was actually documented; missing information must be completed before sharing.
No. ProApis Health can assign treatments to an apiary and the number of treated colonies. An existing Manage colony may optionally be linked. The Health concept also covers several apiaries without a Manage subscription.
Printable PDF output and email delivery are part of the planned ProApis Health scope. Check that your information is complete before sharing. An export alone confirms neither completeness nor official recognition.
