The concept includes email after explicit confirmation and a printable notification. If an inspector contact is missing, an address can be entered manually and reused within your operation. Manual contacts are marked as unverified.
Record responses separately
Replies go directly to the beekeeper. Consent received for departure and arrival is recorded separately, with optional supporting evidence. Sending status replaces neither these replies nor the record of the actual movement.
Sending a notification does not constitute approval. Replies are recorded separately; accepted notification channels must be clarified with the responsible cantonal authorities.

Does sending a notification constitute approval?
No. A delivery confirmation does not replace required approval. Record replies separately. The actual movement must also be documented independently.
Does the recipient also need ProApis?
